Once assignment is made through Xactanalysis, Symbility, email, or custom API it is automatically imported into our inspection app. The claim parameters are set and qualified inspectors are given the choice to accept the assignment. The first qualified inspector who accepts the assignment makes inspection. The claim at the same time is assigned to a licensed desk adjuster.

Each inspector goes through a rigorous background check, drug testing, and training process to be on-boarded into the program. Our ideal inspector is someone from a home inspection or adjuster background. Our proprietary app guides the inspector through the entire process of documenting the loss while at the claim. For more complex claim assignments they can connect live to an experienced desk adjuster through video connect to observe and document the damage.

We have taken licensed senior adjusters from the field and put them behind a computer. The average desk adjuster has inspected over 3000 field assignments. Once the inspector submits the inspection documentation it is immediately reviewed by the adjuster before the inspector leaves the home to insure all information is present to support the file. The desk adjuster then prepares a narrative report, estimate, and photos for submission. If we are handling claims as a TPA we can submit the check to the insured before the inspector leaves the property.

The inspector program offers same day inspection for losses received before 12PM and next day inspection for losses received after 12PM in over 80% of continental 48 states.
